Love the food! Service is usually fast even if they're super busy. Always very impressed by the quality of folks they have working there.

Best taco place in town, or anywhere near it. Sometimes you'll have a long line to wait for drive thru, but the food is worth the wait.

Popular fast food Mexican spot. Great menu options for a local chain. There is an army of people working to get your food to you quickly and even a person that comes to your car in the drive through to take your order in advance of you getting to the window! I never come to Fairfield without stopping for the Nacho Papas (potatoes with nacho cheese dip) or a sancho dinner. Worth the stop 😀

Very fast and friendly staff. Nice local feel. There was a line in drive thru when we got there but it moved very quickly. We will definitely visit again! I recommend the sanchos!

Stopped here on our way back from the garden of the Gods. The rating was great and we expected a decent Mexican place. Taco Tierra is essentially a local version of taco bell. 0 authentic Mexican food. Guac came from a pre-made store-bought container. As did the chips, the queso, etc. All of our orders had something wrong with them and they weren't even quick. Surprisingly, the place was popping with locals. Food is, at least, very cheap. Just don't expect to get what you order and don't expect quickness. I just want to leave an honest review so that someone else doesn't fall for the avg rating and come here expecting good Mexican food.
